Our Quality Control and Technical Support Department is a professional, efficient, and highly experienced team, currently comprising 10 to 19 dedicated QC specialists. The department is systematically structured into sub-units including Supplier Quality Management (SQM), In-Process Quality Control (IPQC), Final Quality Control (FQC), and a Reliability Testing Laboratory.
Quality Control Procedures
IQC (Incoming Quality Control): We perform strict batch testing on engineering plastics like PC, ABS, POM, and Nylon, as well as metal components. Key evaluations include moisture content, Melt Flow Index (MFI), and cosmetic defects to ensure zero-defect material sourcing.Mold Processing Inspection: During the CNC engraving and slotting stages, we implement first-article inspections (FAI) and routine patrol checks using micron-level measuring tools to secure the dimensional precision of our tooling.IPQC (In-Process Quality Control):Injection Molding Phase: We strictly enforce the "first three pieces" appr
